Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 pinch cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Sprinkle cinnamon if desired and stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Use a ripe banana with brown speckles for best sweetness and texture. Mash thoroughly before mixing. Soak at least 4 hours or overnight. If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons milk and stir. If too runny, add 1 tablespoon oats or 1 teaspoon chia seeds and refrigerate 30 more minutes. Store in airtight jars up to 4 days. Add fresh banana slices just before serving.
