Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe 3 Ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar With “the mother”
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice from half a fresh lemon
  • 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper Adjust to taste; cinnamon as alt.
  • 8 oz Warm Water Not boiling just warm

Equipment

  • 1 Glass 8 to 10 oz capacity
  • 1 Spoon For stirring ingredients

Method
 

  1. Warm 8–10 oz of filtered water (not hot).
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the glass.
  3. Squeeze half a lemon into the glass.
  4. Stir in ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
  5. Mix well and drink slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.

Notes

For sensitive stomachs, start with half the vinegar and build up.
Best taken 30 minutes before breakfast.
You can swap cayenne for cinnamon if preferred.
Avoid brushing teeth immediately after, rinse with water first to protect enamel.
