- Add 12–16 oz of filtered water to a glass.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt.
- (Optional) Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice for flavor.
- Stir well until the salt dissolves completely.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Always use unrefined Celtic salt, avoid table salt or iodized versions.
Start with 1/8 tsp if you're salt-sensitive.
Avoid using metal containers for storing the mix overnight.
This is not a meal replacement or electrolyte for intense exercise.
