Celtic Salt Trick Morning Mineral Drink

A simple hydration-boosting recipe using unrefined Celtic sea salt. Supports energy, digestion, and mineral balance with just two ingredients. Perfect to drink first thing in the morning.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt Unrefined gray/blue variety
  • 12 oz Filtered water Room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice Optional for taste

Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup 12–16 oz filtered water glass
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring salt
  • 1 Stirring spoon To dissolve the salt completely

Method
 

  1. Add 12–16 oz of filtered water to a glass.
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt.
  3. (Optional) Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice for flavor.
  4. Stir well until the salt dissolves completely.
  5. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Always use unrefined Celtic salt, avoid table salt or iodized versions.
Start with 1/8 tsp if you're salt-sensitive.
Avoid using metal containers for storing the mix overnight.
This is not a meal replacement or electrolyte for intense exercise.
Store Celtic salt in an airtight container to prevent clumping.
