- Boil Water
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.
- Add Ingredients
- Add lemongrass, cinnamon, guava leaf, ginger, and hibiscus (if using).
- Simmer
- Lower heat and simmer uncovered for 10β12 minutes.
- Strain & Serve
- Strain tea into mugs, add sweetener if desired, and serve hot.
- Optional Chill
- For iced tea, cool completely and refrigerate. Serve over ice.
