Equipment

  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • whisk
  • spatula

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (divided)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
  • Transfer batter to prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  • Cool completely in the pan, then slice and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep brownies moist. The batter will be thicker due to protein powder—this is normal. Let cool completely before slicing for best texture. Store refrigerated for longer freshness or freeze for meal prep.
