Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar With the mother raw & unfiltered
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice of half a fresh lemon
  • 0.125 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt Mineral-rich salt not table salt
  • 8 oz Warm Water Not boiling just comfortably warm

Equipment

  • 1 Glass 8 to 10 oz size
  • 1 Spoon For mixing ingredients

Method
 

  1. Warm 8 to 10 oz of filtered water until just warm, not hot.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the glass.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.
  4. Add a pinch (about 1/8 tsp) of Himalayan pink salt.
  5. Stir thoroughly and drink slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
