Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar With the mother raw & unfiltered
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice of half a fresh lemon
  • 0.125 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt Mineral-rich salt not table salt
  • 8 oz Warm Water Not boiling just comfortably warm

Instructions

  • Warm 8 to 10 oz of filtered water until just warm, not hot.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the glass.
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.
  • Add a pinch (about 1/8 tsp) of Himalayan pink salt.
  • Stir thoroughly and drink slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Drink it fresh; don’t store for later use.
Avoid brushing your teeth directly after; rinse your mouth with plain water first.
Do not exceed one serving per day if you're sodium-sensitive.
