- Warm 8 to 10 oz of filtered water until just warm, not hot.
- Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the glass.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.
- Add a pinch (about 1/8 tsp) of Himalayan pink salt.
- Stir thoroughly and drink slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
