Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Japanese pink salt or Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda aluminum-free preferred
  • 1/2 Lemon fresh juice only
  • 1.5 cups Warm filtered water not hot just warm

Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup 8–12 oz
  • 1 Measuring spoon For salt and baking soda
  • 1 Kettle or warmer To warm water (not boil)

Method
 

  1. Warm the water slightly—not hot, just warm.
  2. In a glass, add the Japanese pink salt, baking soda, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the warm water over the ingredients.
  4. Stir well until everything is fully dissolved.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.

Avoid metal cups, use glass or ceramic only.
