Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Unfiltered with "the mother"
  • 0.5 whole Lemon Freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Not table salt
  • 0.5 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger Can substitute with ginger-infused water
  • 8 –10 oz Warm Water Not hot, just warm enough to dissolve

Equipment

  • 1 Glass
  • 1 Spoon for stirring
  • 1 Microplane or grater (for ginger)
  • 1 Citrus juicer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Warm the water slightly, not boiling.
  2. Step 2: Add lemon juice, ACV, pink salt, and ginger.
  3. Step 3: Stir well and let it sit for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Drink 15–30 minutes before your first meal.
