Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Fresh-squeezed preferred
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Must include "the mother"
  • 1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Do not use table salt
  • 1 cup Filtered water Room temperature or warm

  • 1 Mason jar (12 oz) With lid preferred for shaking
  • 1 Measuring spoon For precise ACV and salt
  • 1 Stirring spoon Optional if you’re shaking the jar

Method
 

  1. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to a mason jar or glass.
  2. Stir in pink Himalayan salt.
  3. Pour in filtered water (warm or room temp).
  4. Stir or shake well until fully combined.
  5. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  6. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
