Equipment

  • mason jar or airtight container
  • – Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional)
  • 1-2 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Add rolled oats to a mason jar or airtight container.
  • Stir in Greek yogurt until fully combined with the oats.
  • Add milk if you prefer a softer texture and stir well.
  • Mix in honey or fruit if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before serving and adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for best texture. Soak at least 4 hours or overnight. For a thicker texture, use equal parts oats and yogurt with no milk. If too thick in the morning, stir in 1–2 tablespoons milk before serving. Use plain, unsweetened yogurt for lower sugar. Store in airtight jars up to 4 days.
