- Pour 1 cup of warm filtered water into your glass.
- Add ⅛ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
- Stir the mixture well until the salt fully dissolves.
- Drink immediately, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Tip: Use finely ground Himalayan pink salt, not table salt.
For a variation, you can add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar (optional).
