Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Warm filtered water Around 8 oz
  • 0.125 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Use finely ground pink salt
  • 0.5 Lemon Freshly squeezed

Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup 8 oz capacity
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring pink salt
  • 1 Citrus juicer Optional, for juicing lemon
  • 1 Spoon To stir

Method
 

  1. Pour 1 cup of warm filtered water into your glass.
  2. Add ⅛ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Stir the mixture well until the salt fully dissolves.
  5. Drink immediately, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
