Pour 12 oz of warm filtered water into a glass.
Add freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon.
Stir in 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt.
(Optional) Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar.
Mix well until salt dissolves completely.
Drink slowly, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Wait at least 20 minutes before your first meal.
