This simple pink salt diet drink supports hydration, improves digestion, and may help reduce belly bloat. Made with Himalayan pink salt, lemon, and warm water, it’s a gentle way to support metabolism and start your day right.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Pure fine grain
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 12 oz Warm filtered water Slightly above room temp
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional for 4-ingredient version

Equipment

  • 1 Glass 12 oz or larger
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Citrus juicer Optional, for squeezing lemon

Method
 

  1. Pour 12 oz of warm filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon.
  3. Stir in 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt.
  4. (Optional) Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar.
  5. Mix well until salt dissolves completely.
  6. Drink slowly, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  7. Wait at least 20 minutes before your first meal.
