Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine ground
  • 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar with "mother"
  • 8 –10 oz filtered water

Method
 

  1. Pour filtered water into a glass (8–10 oz).
  2. Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt.
  3. Squeeze in the juice from 1/2 lemon.
  4. Add 1 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar.
  5. Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
  6. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, either in the morning or before bed.
