- Pour filtered water into a glass (8–10 oz).
- Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt.
- Squeeze in the juice from 1/2 lemon.
- Add 1 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar.
- Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach, either in the morning or before bed.
