Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine ground
  • 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar with "mother"
  • 8 –10 oz filtered water

Instructions

  • Pour filtered water into a glass (8–10 oz).
  • Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt.
  • Squeeze in the juice from 1/2 lemon.
  • Add 1 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach, either in the morning or before bed.

Notes

Use only raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
Always use fresh lemon juice, not bottled.
Drink slowly, not in one gulp.
