Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Pure unprocessed
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 12 oz Warm filtered water Slightly above room temp

Equipment

  • 1 Glass For serving the drink
  • 1 Spoon For mixing
  • 1 Lemon Squeezer Optional for fresh lemon

Method
 

  1. Pour warm filtered water into a glass.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.
  3. Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt.
  4. Stir well until the salt dissolves completely.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
  6. Wait 20–30 minutes before eating your first meal.
