- Pour warm filtered water into a glass.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.
- Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt.
- Stir well until the salt dissolves completely.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning.
- Wait 20–30 minutes before eating your first meal.

Notes
Use pure Himalayan pink salt, not iodized table salt.
Drink once daily, preferably before breakfast.
Optional: Add fresh mint, cucumber, or a dash of apple cider vinegar.
Avoid using hot water, it reduces lemon enzyme activity.
