Pink Salt Recipe to Lose Weight

Hi, I'm Chloe White. A few winters ago in Asheville, I felt sluggish, bloated, and stuck, until I stumbled upon a simple pink salt recipe to lose weight. I didn’t expect much from mixing lemon, apple cider vinegar, warm water, and pink salt. But in just a week, I noticed better digestion, fewer cravings, and a lighter feeling overall. It wasn’t magic, it was minerals, hydration, and consistency. If you’re just starting your wellness journey, this easy daily drink might be your first real step. No stress, no extremes, just one small, powerful glass each morning.
