Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Unrefined non-iodized
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda Aluminum-free preferred
  • 1/2 Lemon fresh Juice only
  • 1.5 cups Warm filtered water Not hot—just comfortably warm

Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup Use 8–12 oz glass or ceramic
  • 1 Measuring spoon 1/4 tsp for salt & soda
  • 1 Stirring spoon Optional, for mixing

Method
 

  1. Slightly warm 1.5 cups of filtered water.
  2. In a glass, add 1/4 tsp pink salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the warm water over the mixture.
  4. Stir until fully dissolved and drink immediately.
  5. Take it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.
