Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Unrefined non-iodized
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda Aluminum-free optional for beginners
  • 1/2 Lemon fresh juice Squeeze just before mixing
  • 1.5 cups Warm filtered water Comfortable drinking temperature

Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup Use 8–12 oz ceramic or glass
  • 1 Measuring spoon 1/4 tsp for salt & soda
  • 1 Spoon To stir the mix properly

Method
 

  1. Slightly warm 1.5 cups of filtered water (not boiling).
  2. In a glass, add Himalayan pink salt, baking soda, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the warm water over the mix and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Drink slowly first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  5. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
