Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Warm Water Not boiling—just comfortably warm
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt Fine ground preferred
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh squeezed recommended

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or Mug 8 oz size, heat-resistant preferred
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring salt
  • 1 Spoon To stir ingredients

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 cup of water until warm but not hot.
  2. Pour the water into a glass or mug.
  3. Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, stir again.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
