Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Warm water Not cold or boiling
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice Optional: add more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Must be unrefined not table salt
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional for blood sugar support

Equipment

  • 1 glass or jar (12 oz)
  • Measuring spoon
  • Spoon for stirring

Method
 

  1. Warm 1 cup of filtered water (not hot, just above room temperature).
  2. Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt. Stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
  4. Optional: Add 1 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar.
  5. Stir well and drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  6. Wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
