Method
- Warm 1 cup of filtered water (not hot, just above room temperature).
- Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
- Optional: Add 1 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well and drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
