Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Warm Water Not boiling, just warm
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt Fine ground
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh squeezed preferred
  • 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Optional for added digestion

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or Mug 8 oz, heat-resistant
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring salt
  • 1 Spoon For stirring

Method
 

  1. Warm 1 cup of water until it's comfortably hot but not boiling.
  2. Pour water into a mug.
  3. Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt, stir to dissolve.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and optional vinegar.
  5. Stir again and drink slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

Drink once daily on an empty stomach. Do not exceed ¼ tsp of pink salt. Avoid use if you’re on a low-sodium diet or have high blood pressure.
