- Warm 1 cup of water until it's comfortably hot but not boiling.
- Pour water into a mug.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt, stir to dissolve.
- Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and optional vinegar.
- Stir again and drink slowly on an empty stomach.

Drink once daily on an empty stomach. Do not exceed ¼ tsp of pink salt. Avoid use if you’re on a low-sodium diet or have high blood pressure.
