Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt Unrefined mineral-rich
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon Juiced
  • 12 oz Filtered Warm Water Not boiling just warm

Equipment

  • 1 Glass For serving the drink
  • 1 Spoon For stirring the mixture
  • 1 Lemon Squeezer Optional but helps juicing

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water until slightly above room temperature.
  2. Squeeze juice from half a lemon into the glass of water.
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
  4. Drink the entire glass first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  5. Do not eat anything for 15–30 minutes after consuming the drink for maximum effect.
