- Warm the filtered water until slightly above room temperature.
- Squeeze juice from half a lemon into the glass of water.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
- Drink the entire glass first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Do not eat anything for 15–30 minutes after consuming the drink for maximum effect.
