- Fill a glass with cold filtered water.
- Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon (optional).
- Add 4–5 ice cubes and a slice of fresh ginger (optional).
- Let the mixture rest for 1 minute, then drink slowly on an empty stomach.
- Use daily in the morning for best results.
