Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup – Filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon – Himalayan pink salt Do not substitute with table salt
  • 5 –6 cubes – Ice
  • 1 tablespoon – Fresh lemon juice Optional for added detox boost
  • Optional 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Equipment

  • 1 Teaspoon – for measuring salt
  • 1 Spoon for stirring

Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with 1 cup of filtered water.
  2. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt until completely dissolved.
  3. Add 5–6 ice cubes to activate cold thermogenesis.
  4. Optional: Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice for digestive support.
  5. Optional: Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar for extra detox power.
  6. Stir well and sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
