Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  • Add rolled oats to a mason jar or airtight container.
  • Pour in milk and stir to combine.
  • Fold in chopped strawberries.
  • Add honey or Greek yogurt if using and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until creamy.
  • Stir before serving and adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for best texture. Soak at least 4 hours or overnight. If using frozen strawberries, chop before adding, no need to thaw. If too watery, reduce milk slightly or add 1 tablespoon chia seeds. If too thick, stir in 1–2 tablespoons milk before serving. Store in airtight jars up to 4 days.
