Instructions
Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar to the glass.
Squeeze in juice from half a lemon.
Add either 1/8 tsp baking soda or a pinch of cayenne (optional).
Stir well and drink immediately on an empty stomach for best results.
Notes
Always use warm, not hot, water to protect nutrients.
Do not drink right before brushing teeth (due to acidity).
Try alternating with the
