Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar With the mother unfiltered
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice of half a lemon
  • 8 oz Warm Water Not boiling
  • 0.125 tsp Baking Soda or Cayenne optional Choose one for digestion/metabolic support

  • 1 Glass 10 oz or larger
  • 1 Spoon For mixing

Method
 

  1. Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar to the glass.
  2. Squeeze in juice from half a lemon.
  3. Add either 1/8 tsp baking soda or a pinch of cayenne (optional).
  4. Stir well and drink immediately on an empty stomach for best results.
