Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar With the mother unfiltered
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice of half a lemon
  • 8 oz Warm Water Not boiling
  • 0.125 tsp Baking Soda or Cayenne optional Choose one for digestion/metabolic support

Instructions

  • Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar to the glass.
  • Squeeze in juice from half a lemon.
  • Add either 1/8 tsp baking soda or a pinch of cayenne (optional).
  • Stir well and drink immediately on an empty stomach for best results.
